Data Deletion Instructions
You can ask at any time for the personal data Clinique Pasteur Tunis holds about you to be deleted, including data received through our Facebook Page and Messenger (automated assistant included). The request is free of charge.
Option 1 — Through Messenger
- Open your conversation with the “Clinique Pasteur Tunis” Facebook Page.
- Write: “I request the deletion of my data”.
- A member of our staff (not the automated assistant) will handle your request.
Option 2 — By email
- Write to contact@cliniquepasteur.com.tn with the subject “Data deletion request”.
- Give your first and last name and, for Messenger, the name of your Facebook profile as it appears in the conversation.
What we delete
The copies of your Messenger conversations kept by the clinic, the entries about you in the automated assistant's log, and the data sent through our forms and chatbot. Only information we are legally required to keep (for example the medical record of a patient we treated, or accounting documents) is retained for the legal period.
We confirm the deletion through the same channel (Messenger or email) within 30 days at most.
What about Facebook?
We do not use “Log in with Facebook”: no app is installed on your account and there is nothing to remove from your Facebook settings. You can also delete the conversation on your side in Messenger (conversation menu → Delete); this erases your copy, the request above erases ours.
